Meet the Team

Dennis Polian is the owner and President of The Polian Agency based in Waco, Texas. Before starting in the industry, Polian began his career nearly 30 years ago, pursuing an administrative and coaching path throughout professional and college football. With decades of work and life experience, Dennis now provides a customer-centered service, focussing on integrity, sound insurance advice and a sincere desire to provide all his clients with service excellence.

He has held senior and managerial roles at organizations like the Arena Football League and the Canadian Football League; universities such as Boston College, Columbia University, Tulane University, Texas A&M, University of Arizona and Baylor University; and professional football teams including the Minnesota Vikings, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans and most recently, the UFL’s Memphis Showboats.

Dennis is a graduate of Villanova University (BA), Boston College (MS), and is currently a Candidate for Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University.

He lives in Waco where he and his wife, Jenny, have fallen in love with Central Texas and the community that they were lucky enough to become a part of when they arrived in 2021. With the desire to give back to the central Texas community and put down more permanent roots for their two children, the Polian Agency was born. The Polian family looks forward to working with their fellow Texans for years to come.
